Business Change Manager

One of the UK's leading renewable energy businesses is recruiting for a Business Change Manager to join them on a permanent basis. Working in support of a comprehensive, large-scale programme of technology change, the Business Change Manager will define and execute people / process-related workstreams to ensure the transformation aspects of the change programme are managed effectively. The Business Change Manager will be accountable for ensuring working practices affected by the tech changes are communicated, mitigated and embedded across a global workforce.

Candidates must have significant experience delivering transformation change plans in a global environment, predominantly but not exclusive in respect technology transformation. Applicants should demonstrate comprehensive experience in change management, communication, training and measurement of change adoption successes. The ability to ensure buy in to change across a diverse, disparate user base is expected, as is the ability to manage relationships with a broad range of business stakeholders.
